Oh for Christ's sake, Issa was announcing those subpoenas months before the midterm. He was interviewed on several of the morning shows in the September prior to the reappearances this past weekend that culminated in the reported article you refer to.
Breakdown of your previous post:
Senate votes are statewide and therefore difficult to place a partisan in office... also its obvious the Republicans sabotaged many of the candidates. Miller was defeated in one of the few regions where a write in was possible to discredit Palin; O'Donnell easily could have been defeated in a write in by Castle but a mantra against the grassroots were necessary as a tale of the quixotic efforts.
New York carried four republican house districts after the BS of NY-23 being a demonstration of "obamapower" or something when the district was democratic reliably until Scozzafava's Trojan horse campaign sparked a myth of it being a century old GOP district ignoring redistricting leaving that only partially true. The teaparty, like all emergent social movements based on freedom of association, works very well on a microcosmic scale. Large political entities with a capital such as Senatorial states fuck up without central control.

And if you try the Jim DeMint card to say partisan hacks can win statewide I give you Lindsey Graham. Hell even Feinstein plays sane to the Boxer crazy in the most suicidal of all states, North and South California

Sound far fetched? The debt ceiling is about to hit GDP levels, with many state budgets in free fall projected deficits. Actually if you want to whine about some disturbing Republican acts from your federalist neo-Keynesian position I would think putting your law degree to use dissecting the attempts to redefine the Fourteenth Amendment would suffice.

Law is arbitrary and defined by archons... therefore constitutional challenges are amorphous, intellectually malleable, and necessary to impose for the illusion of leveraging cognitive bias.. i.e. its not wholly inevitable via macroeconomic global nexus as agorism is and therefore something you SHOULD whine about if you want your political state to persist.

Obama could do several things to obtain easy reelection but is too dumb and advised by moron economists and bound by Pentagon/AIPAC idiocy so as not to get a JFK snapshot.
